NOTES:
1. Live Counter Charges: Live counters are subject to additional charges, depending on the type of counter selected. For tandoor items, you may choose from our detailed menu. Please note, setting up a tandoor involves an additional fee.
2. Catering Service Setup Costs: A separate setup fee will apply for catering services. The setup includes:
Serving Staff, Waiter Staff, Buffet Tables, Hot Pans & Utensils, Cutleries, Drinking Water Setup, Bisleri mini bottles, Dustbins Setup, Pickup & Drop
3. Transportation Charges: Transportation for two-way delivery will be charged at actuals. However, for events within a 5 km radius of our kitchen, transportation is complimentary.
Terms and Conditions
- Advance Payment: A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
- Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or more before the event: (25% of the total booking amount)
- 5–29 days before the event: (50% of the total booking amount)
- Less than 15 days before the event: (100% of the total booking amount)
- Damage/Loss Liability:
- The Kitchen Story is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred by the client or their guests.
- Charges will apply for any broken or missing plates. If items are taken with the promise of later return, charges will be levied accordingly.
